What Should I Pay Attention To When Dump Semi Trailer Offloading ?

A. It is strictly forbidden to use the lifting cylinder as a stable support for the cargo box.

B. The lifting cylinder is exposed to the air for no more than 2 hours (no more than 30 minutes in humid air)

in the lifting state, otherwise it will cause oxidation and corrosion of the cylinder.

C. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble and adjust the relief valve on the lift valve, otherwise the hydraulic

system will lose its safety protection function and cause an accident.

D. When loading cargo, ensure that the dump semi trailer is loaded evenly, front and rear, and left and

right. If the cargo is loaded too far forward, the hydraulic lifting system will be overloaded. When the

cargo is loaded too far rear, the dump semi trailer will tilt and overturn when unloading. The left and

right side loading of the cargo will easily strain the cylinder and overturn.
