How To Maintenance The XCMG Wheel Loader ?

Proper lubrication and maintenance can ensure trouble-free operation and long service life of the loader. Regular maintenance is divided into: 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2000 working hours, the maintenance items as follow:

 

Maintenance Item Every 50 Hours:

1. Tighten the connecting bolts of the front and rear transfer shafts

2. Check the gearbox oil level

3. Check and lubricate, throttle control hand brake, speed control system

4. Inject grease into the fan shaft, front and rear frame junctions, transfer shafts, sub-frames and other lubrication points

5. Open the drain plug at the bottom of the fuel tank, so that the sediment and mixed water are discharged with the fuel

Maintenance Item Every 100 Hours:

1. Check the tightness of the fixing bolts of the rim and the brake disc

2. Check the front and rear axle oil level

3. Add grease to the hinge pin of the rear axle

4. Clean the air filter

5. Measure the tire pressure-measure the tire inflation pressure in the cold state before the operation, 343kPa on the front wheel and 294kPa on the rear wheel

6. Check the amount of engine oil, if necessary, add engine oil from the filter port

Maintenance Item Every 250 Hours:

Only after the first 250 hours of operation will the following maintenance be carried out:

1. Change the fuel filter, oil filter, air filter;

2. check and adjust the engine valve gap

3. Measure and add battery fluid and clean the surface, apply a thin layer of Vaseline to the joint

4. Check the working device, the front and rear frame, the sub-frame, the welded seams, fixing bolts, whether there are cracks and looseness; tighten the hub nuts

5. Check the wear status of the brake drum

6. Adjust the tension of the fan belt

7. Put finger pressure (about 6kg force) between the generator pulley and the fan belt. The normal belt tension should be about 10mm. After adjustment, tighten the lock bolts and nuts firmly

8. Lubrication: Add butter to the bucket pins, bucket connecting rod pins, rocker pins, bucket cylinder pins, lifting cylinder pins, lifting arm hinge pins, steering cylinder pins, etc.

Maintenance Item Every 500 Hours:

At the same time maintenance should be carried out every 50, 100 and 250 hours items

1. Fasten the connecting bolts of the front and rear axles and the frame

2. Check and adjust the hand brake gap

3. Change the engine oil

4. Lubrication: grease the grease nipple of the front transfer shaft and the rear transfer shaft, hinge pin etc

5. If the brake pad wear reaches the limit, it needs more frequent inspection or replaced new one

Maintenance Item Every 1000 Hours:

At the same time maintenance should be carried out every 50, 100, 250, 500 hours items

1. Replace the front and rear axle gear oil, change the gear oil, clean the gearbox and torque converter vent

2. Change the oil of the hydraulic system

3. Jack up the frame, turn the wheels, and check the braking sensitivity

4. Clean the fuel tank filter

5. Lubrication: grease the grease nipple of the front & rear transfer shaft and the main transfer shaft, hinge pin, parking brake caliper etc

6. Adjust the gap of the turbocharger impeller and tighten various fasteners of the turbocharger

Maintenance Item Every 2000 Hours:

At the same time maintenance should be carried out every 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000 hours items

1. Check the engine according to the engine manual

2. Check the gearbox according to the gearbox manual

3. Disassembly inspection of front and rear axles, differentials and wheel reducers

4. Disassembly and check the steering gear and steering valve and correct the steering angle

5. Check the multi-way valve and the tightness of the working oil cylinder and measure the working pressure of the system through the natural drop of the working oil cylinder. If the drop is more than twice the specified value, the oil cylinder and distribution valve should be disassembled and checked

6. Check the working device, whether there are cracks in the welds of each part of the frame, and whether the bolts and nuts are fixed

7. Check the weld seam of the rim and the stressed parts, and correct it.
